Don's (not Trump) Johns

We always knew that Trump's inauguration was going to end up in the toilet, but this is getting ridiculous. A huge number of portable restrooms have been brought down to the mall for the inauguration. The largest provider of these in the area is Don's Johns. Today workers have been out covering up the name of the company -- which is printed on the side of the johns -- with tape. Apparently someone thinks it would be disrespectful to Don Trump to have his name associated with port-a-potties. But, disrespectful or not, Don's Johns likes the advertising so they have dispatched workers to remove the tape. This may end up in a literal pissing match. Also, probably not the best time to be purposely highlighting associations between Trump and urination.

Everyone is being bizarre. Did you see the news where a Rockville country club is refusing entry when President Obama probably hasn't nor would ever apply to be a member. They are really far up in Rockville and one very few people have probably even heard of.

I am loving this story so much! Thanks for the update that the company is now removing the stickers. I hope this becomes a true arms race, a la the Star Belly Sneeches. It would be fitting for this inauguration to come down to porta potties and their nominclature.

They are now claiming they did it to comply with rules against advertising but the company CEO said they're happy to pay whatever fee it is to keep their name visible. He said they'll be removing the tape the Trump peeps have been putting on. I can't wait!

Apparently the other provider Genes John's had there name removed to..Something about no advertising on the mall..But it was never done before.
