Looking for something a little different and not sold in the regular department stores.
It was expensive but I don't wear it every day...Bond No. 9 Chinatown. It's got real staying power, too.
I don't care for bond9 Chinatown. Kenzo flower, bvlgari omnia crystalline and les des vignes have worked well for me in the past.
It's from a department store, but I get a lot of compliments on 212 by Carolina Herrera.

I have always liked Chanel Mademoiselle
Narciso Rodrguez For Her gets a ton of compliments from men and women alike.
OP here, I bought this based on reviews and can't wait to finish the bottle. Maybe it works better on men, smells unisex to me. |

Just remember that a perfume that gets a lot of compliments on one woman may not get any compliments when another woman is wearing it. A lot of how a perfume smells on someone has to do with body chemistry, so you need to go find one that works for you. And it doesn't matter if it's sold in a regular department store or not. Just because something is exclusive doesn't mean it's guaranteed to smell good on you or get you any compliments. It could end being atrocious.
Where can you find the perfumes not sold in dept stores?
Agree. Love the smell of Chanel mademoiselle but then why I try it for myself it is meh. My favorite, though it is an oldie and not hard to find: Clinique aromatics elixir. |
