Beyond that is the issue of the $100 million sale price itself. Epstein’s email said no one was buying the property at the original price. But Trump magically found a Russian buyer willing to give him more than 2x the original overpriced list price. Any claim of tax loss is just the cherry on top of the tens of millions in (alleged) gift money.

Didn’t Bondi and her team go through all the files and say there was nothing there. No list, etc. Trump is spinning so far out of control over this.

Didn’t Bondi declare back in the summer there were no files? Or maybe I am not recalling correctly.

In my defense, it’s hard to keep up with their lies.

Trump promised on campaign to release them and when bonds wore in she said it was top priority, they are on my desk right now!! She clearly hadn’t seen them. She had been misled.
