But guess what? I DID study critical race theory, I DO think it's an accurate framework for looking at some aspects of US history, and even though I can't use the words in this political environment, it absolutely shapes how I do my job.

Okay. Just make sure to donate to lots to left wing looney organizations. America can’t turn into a failed state without you.

I used to kill and “red bag” lab animals. It was weird and in an odd way I could see into minds of the Germans in WWII.

I mean first day I gingerly threw a few mouse in the thing to gas them and shove them in bag. A few days in cats, rabbits who cares.

What was weird I had the job at 16 all summer.

Nothing’s loonier than invading the Capitol and trying to stop a democratic election. So you can drop that narrative now, it sounds ridiculous.

My friends H is a sleazy lobbyist and he doesn’t hide the fact he literally pays off politicians to pass laws in his favor.

As someone from another country, Ill never understand how this is even allowed.

I was recently at a dinner party and someone was describing this fabulous weekend event they went to at a ski resort where they were meeting with powerful politicians whose names you would know. her company paid for them to stay at a top hotel and they had a great time. I asked how the people were selected who go and meet with these politicians, and she said it’s because my company donates $100k or more. She was kind of bragging about her access and her beautiful weekend and all I could think was ew, that is effed up.

Was it the event at Jackson Hole that caused Patagonia to disassociate with the resort?

It was not that event, it was at a different ski resort. The companies who paid 100K or more for elbow-rubbing access to Governors were pharmaceutical companies.
