Correct. I did it in 2.5 years and turned out great. Brothers who are best friends with lots of friends in common. One grade between them in school. Now 12 and 14.5. With quarantine it’s great they go out and shoot hoops, play soccer and have a lot of other interests.

Too big a spread (these 2 wont even be in HS together) is not for many, unless fertility or $ issues.

For your information, there aren't "a lot" of people who feel this way.

For you to still have such bitter feelings towards your sibling into adulthood, is a giant red flag that you should get therapy.

You have some unresolved feelings and they won't just resolve themselves.
If there's a valid reason for your feelings or trauma, fine, but you STILL need to get those feeling resolved for yourself and everyone around you.

As they say, resentment/a grudge is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die.
