Anyone want to go down the Britney Spears rabbit hole

For the last couple of days she’s been posting the same pics of herself over and over. And the captions are weird.

Britney seemed to have it all together until she + Justin broke up.

After that, it seemed it all just fell apart.

Bad marriages/relationships, family issues, mental illness & deterioration in her general appearance.

She isn’t aging well but that is probably due to her smoking 🚬 habit.

I honestly think she has dissociative identity disorder which is on a spectrum with borderline personality disorder. Both are linked to childhood trauma.

She's mentally ill and clearly lonely and isolated. It's terrible that we're watching this play out over IG. I think everything fell apart for Brit after she injured her knee and had to have surgery. I can't remember if K Fed was one of her dancers at the time of the injury or if she met him right after, but things seemed to go downhill after that knee surgery. Not sure if they gave her pain meds or the break from performing took a toll on her mentally. I do think she seemed her best recently when she had her Vegas residency. She was in killer shape, performing which she clearly enjoys, and had a sense of purpose. Now she just seems lost.

If it's schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, she began to exhibit the symptoms just about when you'd expect it. I don't understand why everyone thinks it was something traumatic that happened to her. It's not necessary.

Yes, and I believe her grandmother or aunt or somebody in the family had similar mental issues. She may just be predisposed to it and it’s exasperated by the media attention.

I looked at her ig and the comments are as concerning as her strange behavior. There are too many Qanon type conspiracy theories. People suggest she is dead and this is a replacement or that she is flashing "666" signs. The girl is just dancing using the limited steps she remembers. I dont know enough about her background but why are people supporting removing her father as her conservator?

Anyone think she has dissociative identity disorder? She did this really bizarre interview with Diane Sawyer following her breakdown where she appeared to have an "alter." For some reason, I feel like her diagnosis is much more complicated than bipolar disorder-- and maybe the rolled out the diagnosis of bipolar because that seems more acceptable for her public image-the conservatorship is so restrictive of her freedoms and has been going on for so long that it makes me feel like she is super psychiatrically fragile/complex

I feel sorry for her. She clearly has suffered a breakdown. Its almost like shes stuck in a time warp. I just hope her bf is in it for the right reasons and taking care of her. i feel shes very fragile

He doesn’t work. His wife also doesn’t work and he has I think three other children. Their house is owned by Britney and he receives a lot of child support so I guess that’s how he pays the bills for everyone. I actually wonder if he has to pay child support for his kids with Shar Jackson and if so how he does that. Seems unfair to me but also if he were a woman it would work the same way.

Agree. But also her parents (her dad was an alcoholic for most of her childhood and her mom was desperate for fame) are terrible and she was a child star in an industry full of child predators. There’s actually a pretty interesting documentary about all the predators in entertainment on HBO now that’s pretty interesting.

I think this could be a possibility. I remember reading somewhere that she (Currently) acts like she stuck in her early teens.
