Being overweight and wearing Kmart and Walmart clothes
looks matronly and adds an extra 15 years to your age.

Overweight or underweight is NOT a good look. Runners tend to not age well.

I'm a runner and according to that how-old site, I look 15-20 years younger (2 different photos). Stop with the runner hate.

No Botox, never dyed my hair, nothing. Just runs in the family (my mom has always looked younger, as does one of my sisters).
I’m 43, south Asian.

The same thing happens to me. Doctors and their nurses alway comment, including my dermatologist, whose job it is to sell me stuff to make me look younger. At my last dermatologist appointment, she said "Wow, you look younger than that -- what do you use?" I am not Asian, but I have ver fair, olive skin (Asian makeup works great on me) and I was never a sun worshipper. Both of my parents had great skin and looked young into old age, as well.

Also, people always get confused when they ask me what I do and I say I'm retired. They say things like "Not "retired," retired, right? Yep, I have a pension and everything.

It's not a big deal, I just got lucky in the genes department.

My dermatologist told me I look ten years younger (while still selling product), and I definitely don't. I think they say that a lot.

Well I feel pretty good now! I tried a nice picture of me dressed up with makeup on and that site just told me I look 24. I tried a right-now selfie of my unmade-up, unshowered self and it said 27.

I'm a month from turning 40. I'll take it.

It can be highly variable in the ages but consistently, people that look younger than their age never come out as older.

As long as they aren’t selfies. It grades my selfies fully 11 years younger. (If it graded them 20 years younger like you it’d be calling me a young teen but with non selfies it’s close.)

I look my age. I think women my age look 10 years older than me. So there is that.

Women look rough in this country. Just rough.

Have you been to France or Germany? Because years of cigs and drinking is evident there.

Americans love to cite drinking and cigs (we are a Puritanical nation) but I swear the dividing line on who ages well comes down to sun. I've known Cate Blanchett/Nicole Kidman white Americans with bad habits, but their skin is still miles away better than the fairer skinned, "brown as a coconut!" during summer and tanning beds in the winter types.

+1. The fact that everyone has had a result showing them to look at least half a decade younger means it’s calibrated incorrectly.

Ok guys. I came out 20 years younger. I had my 11 year old take it and she came out 17. Then I had my husband do it. He is bald with a full beard and looks all of his 42 years. He came out as 13.

That app exists to steal your data, not to tell you how old you look

I always thought i looked a decade younger, then one of those "guess your age" guys at a carnival got me to the year
