She had been with her husband since she was 12 and he was 38. They were together until his death two years ago. There was obviously comfort and familiarity in that relationship for her and she may have loved him but it is quite possible that as she matured into a woman, she became aware she was a lesbian and pursued that with the possible approval of her husband. It may have been both their choice to give her privacy in her other relationships by keeping up the public guise of the marriage. IT it is even true. Blinds can be wrong but this is a story that has been in and out of blinds for a very long time.
