You haven't a clue. She is far, far more partisan than anyone else on the School Board. Her Twitter account makes very clear what a complete and utter hack she is. It might work somewhere in Texas, but she's out of touch with most people in this county and she will never get elected again.

She does not lose First Amendment rights because she is on the School Board.
She tweets more than most SB members, but others are pretty vocal about their affiliations and political preferences. I would prefer that McElveen had not defended the fake rape victim at UVA and made the vicious attack on UVA (along with fellow SB member Pat Hynes). But , they had the right to do it.
