Two are social scientists with Ph.D., one is public health specialist with master’s. Two with 20 + years of experience, one with 10. All over 40.

It's called red tape govt bulls@&+ it's a complete waste of time and if you're lucky enough to get a job you get paid to sit there and make life miserable for those of us who try to get things accomplished

Totally painful but it can be done. The only workaround I know of is Schedule A, which includes ADHD. Tons of people have a diagnosis they probably don't realize they can leverage.
