I'm 5'3", and when I was 150, I was a size 8. I'm active and strong, and it's just the body type I was dealt with. While health is more important, I find that men are most drawn to me as a size 6-10. Being very skinny is less appealing, and being larger is less appealing. Strong with some softness is pretty sexy

But hey, speak for yourself. I'd rather be happy and healthy and strong - and still have men attracted to me at 145-150. It's not like I walk around with that number tattooed on my forehead - but it happens to be the weight I am, with the size/shape they find appealing.

"Doctors" like Dr. Conrad Murphy? There some excellent physicians, but there are plenty of quacks that hold a medical license and degree, who will say and do anything for a buck.
