| I wish there were more conversation about the middle school feeder pattern and the elephant in ward 6, so to speak. That is that at the strongest schools on the Hill the kids leave for charters and private school in 5th grade. This will be a problem for SWS eventually if they don't deal with it. |

| I doubt changing them are on the table this round since DCPS feels like they "fixed" it just a few years ago. EH and Jefferson were both revamped, neither one is full. SH was modernized, still large OOB population. They have bigger issues to deal with and Henderson thinks charters are great at middle schools. Win win! |
