Anyone else annoyed by all of the laughing on Good Morning America?

Same. Tell me the weather and hush

Try Morning Joe, much more real news, book discussion, no recipes or fashion.

Nope no time for recipes or fashion—just a healthy dose of daily Trump Derangement Syndrome. So much so that MSNBC opted to pull the show off the air on Monday morning (immediately post-assasination attempt) likely because they couldn’t trust that Mika and Joe wouldn’t be doing a happy dance and throwing a party live on air, and they were worried that their viewers would probably love that, which would maybe not be a great look. Better to let them celebrate privately at home for a day to get it out of their system.
Then they can come back tiday fully charged to resume their morning meltdowns over reaction to RNC convention news.

I doubt that's why it wasn't on Monday. What is the real reason?

Anyone else?

Yes. They found like a group of tweens giggling about boys. Incredibly annoying.

Sam Champion has to go....that irritating fakeness is just too much. Looks like your crazy Uncle walking around with no socks and a coffee cup in his hand.

Maybe my 80 year old aunt. Get out and live life, OP - you aren't dead yet.

Op started this thread in 2012. They might be by now!

That was literally the real reason. https://nypost.com/2024/07/16/us-news/msnbcs-morning-joe-returns-without-mention-of-going-off-air/

How about some uplifting music while checking the traffic for the commute? Can you get the music going before husband turns on the TV?

All fake laughs. ABC is the worst. Absolutely hate it.

I thought I was the only person who was extremely annoyed by hearing Shanae laughing and seeing her grinning all the got-damn time! Nothing is funny all the time, but she is grinning and looking to laugh about something or anything all the time! By the way, I am an African-American man, and Shanae's unprofessional grinning and laughing is unbecoming for a professional journalist! What could you do to make her change her stupid behavior?

Pompous Joe and Mika, the affair partners? Gross.

I’ve always been a solid fan of the ABC network. The new wave of ‘loud’ forced studio audience engagement seemed strange to me when it first started. Now it’s beyond strange, it’s absolutely annoying! I don’t associate with fake people therefore I’m not entertained or influenced by ‘fake’ studio audience behavior. I’m searching for alternative viewing.

As for Sam Champion; For many years I enjoyed the humble and fun Sam. It seems that after his departure and return to GMA, he’s been fed a consistent dose of arrogance!

Please GMA stop the Sam Champion laugh. I used to like the show but his constant forced laugh is a bit much
