This means the US can do anything(target and murder civilians, blow of boats in territorial or international waters, take any cargo it want without compensation, etc.) within its declared zone. BTW, the Venezuelan vessel in question is transmitting false location data as part of its tradecraft to avoid sanctions. Why are you defending them?

I find that extremely hard to believe when Trump has pardoned multiple drug traffickers this year. And these weren’t kids dealing dime bags. It was high level figures who facilitated the movement of massive amounts of illegal drugs into the U.S.

In fact the price of illegal drugs in the US under the Trump administration have fallen by 25-35% in since January. The purity and availability of illegal drugs has increased.
