This isn’t spouse vs spouse, this is family needs and in this case, it’s reasonable for the toddler to get to go somewhere and use the car their car seat is in.

But overall I agree - two stressed parents and both just need to give each other a bit more grace.

Yes I can imagine this in a one car family that just had one spouse lose their job. If money is tight, you aren’t ubering around to have a good time during the work week.

No one is saying she can't socialize with baby while unemployed. Just not during her husband's already scheduled Dr app. She should prior to or following his appt.

OP's reaction of not being able to talk to him is BS. Who did she marry and have a baby with?... A one eyed monster?
