We’ll be inadvertently helping achieve Paris Summit climate goals. Someone better tell the Repubs to re-open the government so we can get back to polluting! |

We had 4 flights into LGA and JFK today from 4 different cities. The flight from DCA tomLGA was the only one delayed. Delayed by about 45 minutes.
Getting home on Sunday may be a different issue. |
| I’ve been flying cross country and back the last two days and can’t even count how many flights I’ve had delayed or cancelled now. Was just in Dallas and can confirm was a disaster. I think PP’s husband did get out of that was the earlier flight — the second flight has been delayed by 6 hours and God knows if it will fly. |

San Jose to Ont , CA delayed but many flights around us cancelled
We were going from SFO to ONT but that flight was cancelled. We changed it ourselves on the SW app We return to BWI next Thursday I have zero faith that flight will go ugh |
| Denver to IAD right now. Flight on time. No lines at pre check and 1-3 minutes posted for regular TSA. The cancelled flights were to places like Colorado Springs and Rapid City. |
It's not common. |
This wouldn’t be happening if Mayor Pete was still Transportation Secretary. Oh wait. He was always on paternity leave when there was a transportation issue. Never mind. |
Did they end up slotting you in? That's an interesting way to manage the shortage at the destination airport and it's very scheduled and predictable. It's just that people won't like it. |
| I like the idea that they should ground all the corporate and private flights first. |
Ha ha ha yeah right this is America 2025 |
| The airlines are not canceling their international flights, then they are trying not co cancel any flights to their hub cities. Its the non-hub flights and the regional jet flights that are far more likely to be canceled. |
| Why dont we stop all private flights first? |
Who is we? The people who fly on private jets are the people who fund the president's ballroom. No way they are going to be delayed . |
Correct. But a lot do close for Christmas, so let's hope the shutdown will be over by then. |
| What about very regional flights like Allegiant? They’re typically direct - point to point - in non hub cities. |
