DC had mid 1300 SAT and went TO ED last year (in state). Is a first year now and doing very well.

This whole thread feels like aimed at starting a fight about UVA. College board does not send scores to high school. My kid’s high school stresses they don’t see scores at all and don’t even have access unless you give it to them? I have never heard of it going on the transcript.

No need to reply as this will be denied but throwing it out there so others don’t get bogged down.

We are OOS and my kid's test scores don't match with grades/AP scores. We were advised to ED and not submit test scores (even though they are very good on a national level!). Do folks think the ED decisions will come out Friday, December 12th or the 15th? Good luck to all!

Friday would be a good bet. They are usually early and haven't released on a Monday since they reinstated ED.

Most likely on the 15th as planned.

What? DMV private school parent that has had kids at 3 different schools. Test scores are 100% automatically sent to our school and magically appear in SCOIR. Also, some public school districts automatically put the scores on the transcripts and you have to petition to get them removed. Just because your school doesn’t do it doesn’t mean that is how all schools do it.
