I’ve actually met him and he’s not nutty at all. And I think he’s only run once before.

Someone need to explain to me how Elrich isn’t already term limited from running for Council since he was on it before becoming County Exec. We need to be done with him.

I wish I knew. The law says not more than three terms. Doesn't mention that they must be all in a row. Or that the count starts over after a break. Maybe someone should sue him.

Council would have to do that and why would they? Now they can all run again.
