I don’t know why you’d assume that it’s name-calling. I think that the definition of the word fits given the evidence they provide in post after post.

What would you prefer? Ignorant and hateful?

Apparently Democrats feel they should run the executive branch regardless of election results.

Agencies are funded by Congress.

Agencies fall under the Executive branch of government. Who created the Department of Edumacation? Jimmy Carter.

Do you find cabinet positions in Congress? No.

Was Carter in Congress when he created it?

The judge best review the Constitution. He's out of his lane (again).

You spouting "rule of law" and "democracy" every 15 minutes shows just how clueless you are.

The Department of Education was created by Congress in a law called the Department of Education Organization Act. Several other laws have mandated it perform certain functions and spend certain money for certain purposes. The president is required to follow those laws whether he likes it or not. The judicial branch has the power to decide when he’s not following the law and correct it.

What law mandated that schools serve as medical facilities to treat children who are routinely violent?
None.

Carter signed the Department of Education Organization Act, enacted by Congress.

It's routine for presidents and everyone else to say a president did this or did that, when the reality is the president pursued a policy which required an act of congress and was able to get congress to pass it.

Wrong. They do not educate. They exist as a very big, bloated bureaucracy.

What people do not understnad is that every level of bureaucracy in education peels off funds to support their own existence. By the time the funds get to the classroom, there is not much left.

I saw this many years ago and nothing has changed.

Well so far the DOEd is the only place actually trying to help us with a fraudulent loan taken out in one of our names. You know, since CFPB is defunct. The rando college (who accepted/dispersed the loan money without vetting the fraudster) and the loan servicer are totally stonewalling.

What are they doing to help you?

Write your congressman. But, shouldn't DOJ be dealing with fraud?

Cool now do the I and III. This is DCUM where people have much more than the average level of understanding of the Constitution.

I get my understanding of the Constitution from Kid Rock, not DCUM.

These are the types of posts that confirm MAGA are morons.

One has to wonder if you can express a thought without name-calling.

It’s terribly hypocritical for you to pretend to take the high road, given the general maga demeanor, but we can entertain it just for fun.

I don’t know why you’d assume that it’s name-calling. I think that the definition of the word fits given the evidence they provide in post after post.

What would you prefer? Ignorant and hateful?

I'm not a Trump supporter; and I prefer educated, kind, thoughtful, and considerate.

Honesty is notably absent from your list.

The posted questions: "What would you prefer? Ignorant and hateful?" No mention of honesty in the questions; but, of course, that is of utmost importance.
