Again, Islam is an Abrahamic religion. Meaning that Muslims consider their religion to be a continuation of Judaism and Christianity (“people of the book”)

So why do they hate Christians and Jews? Seems weird if they are all related.

Can't speak for individuals but it's the same God, so there's no institutional hatred at all
