Get a couple traps, trap them, take to animal control. Problem solved.

Animal control in Fairfax County won't take cats, ask me how I know.

Basketball bouncing while annoying is done on their property and as long as it is not super late into the evening.

No neighbors are perfect. None of us are.

Mine are pretty good though. Very mixed age wise and a quirky personality to our hood.

We try to live and lite live peacefully. And so do most of our neighbors .

This. We had neighbors whose kids would play basketball all weekend long, seemingly 8 hours a day. Constant bouncing. And every evening until about 9pm.

The next house we made sure there were zero basketball hoops nearby.

Dislike: neighbor who uses leaf blower after 9 pm.

How about an ole fashion rake? Does make sound but not as much as a leaf blower.

Just because we have kids the same age doesn't mean I'm ok with your kid coming over to my house unannounced. We aren't that family.

Neighbor seems to think it's ok to let his dog run unleashed into and all over our yard. Looks like we're going to have to speak to them about it.

Why are some dog owners so incredibly arrogant and clueless?

Hoops may appear after a kid is old enough to walk or bounce ball etc..

You're not the only one. Go over to Pets forum, you will see multiple threads about dogs and more about the dog owners.

My idiot neighbors keep plowing into each other's parked cars/people walking on the sidewalk.

Letting their dogs urinate and defecate on everyone else's property.

Neighbor kids who think it’s okay to play in other people’s yards. Parents don’t correct them.
