What the effing hell?! There is no DOGE because Congress must agree to create new government agencies. The Constitution gives Congress the power to establish federal agencies, and Congress must take action to create, fund, and oversee them.

Trump issued an EO changing the US Digital Service into DOGE. I have no idea if this is legal.

Elon Musk has exactly ZERO authority to order DHS security or anyone around. The Executive Order created an office of government efficiency that is to WORK WITH agency. He has ZERO authority to fire anyone. And him and DOGE have already violated the EOnin numerous ways.
