Barefoot, Olu Kai flip flops, or Birkenstocks. Mostly carpet, but I’ve also done mostly barefoot when I had mostly wood floors. I’ve made a concession to using sandals sometimes when I’d like the arch support.

I wear Oofos with socks or fuzzy slippers if I want more warmth. Wood floors with thin rugs in some rooms, so always need padding on my feet.
