Do all MCPS high schools have homecoming dances?

Very true, most of the kids don't go to the dance. They just get dressed up, go to dinner, and then head out to DC for pictures. Nothing like years ago.

Whitman does not --- they have a school sponsored festival after the Friday night homecoming game.
Saturday is an unofficial gathering at the monuments for pix and dinners downtown.

Don't be so entitled. Hoco is not trending in the new generation no matter race. The new generation likes to hang out with their own friends (check out the replies above, Whitman and Churchill kids do similar small-group celebrations outside of school), and the new generation enjoys Huntr/x type of Asian pop culture thing more. Try to get to understand your kids before judging other kids with different skin colors.
