It is very annoying. On my Samsung Galaxy S20 with Chrome as the browser, it fills the entire screen, and just scrolls between the three images. I have to close the browser and restart to get past it.

On my Win10 laptop with Chrome, it fills the window (not the screen) and scrolls between the three images, but I can still his the reload button in the browser and it will reload the page I am on without me having to kill and restart the browser.

The problem is that you reload and after 15-20 seconds, it returns. I get it about 5 times in 2 minutes before I get a longer break of maybe 10 minutes before it returns.

Seeing these ads so many times today. The audit tool is useless; I have been using it since last week and it’s not doing a damn thing.

I'm the PP who posted the above 3 images. This has gotten me about 6 times in the last 40 minutes. I am on my Win11 laptop with Chrome, so I can refresh the screen to get rid of it here. But it's still very annoying to be reading a page and it just flips to the image and blocks the page. I can reload, then have to find where I was again. Very disruptive.

+1

Nothing works, they have been popping up for days and people have been complaining about it.

Could some of you who are getting these ads frequently please try using DCUM with a different browser? I just want to change variables and see what happens. In the meantime, I am still working with our ad provider to find a way of stopping these ads.

Is this happening when using the same internet connection or different internet connections? For instance, if you are using your iPhone on mobile data, do you also get the ad?

Also, you may have answered this, but do you get these ads on any other website?

For the computers and phone, it's my hone internet connection (verizon). I also get the ad on my phone when I'm out an about--so that could be on mobile data (verizon) or a random wifi connection. I don't get the ad on any other website.

Thank you. It is helpful to know this but unfortunately not helpful in solving the problem because it doesn't offer any clues. I don't understand why some users get these ads under any possible circumstances and some don't get any at all. It is completely baffling.

Could it be that other people aren't bothering to report/complain?

I only get mine when I'm on the laptop running Windows OS 11/Chrome browser, on Cox WiFi. I do not get this on my phone (iPhone/Safari). And like the PP, do not get the ad on any other website.

I have just received word that our ad partner has been able to track down the St. Augustine ad and is now in the process of contacting the various ad networks that have distributed the ad in order to get it blocked. So hopefully that one at least should go away soon.

Some posters have mentioned other ads but I don't think we have any screenshots of them. Since I have not experienced any of these ads, there will be very little we can do unless we get more information.

Thank you! I just got it twice in the last 3 minutes (St Augustine).

I will be so thankful when this ad goes away.

Thanks to those who kept reporting it and who provided screenshots. I honestly would not know about this ad otherwise because I have still never seen it.
