PP I am super small chested barely an A cup. But my rib cage is so wide and and wide upper back I need a size large or 36 bra. It’s so annoying! |
I think you and I are twins! I build muscle weirdly fast. I would be emaciated at 115, which was my weight at age 13. Now I'm lifting a lot and circuit training and 135ish would probably be ideal but without restricting my diet very much, I'm around 150. I'm stronger than I've ever been and my cholesterol, blood sugar, resting heart rate, etc are better than ever. |
Oh also 34DDD "dense" per my mammogram, so that's a fair bit of weight there. |

5'5" and I look best at 98 lbs. I do yoga and pilates reformer. In my late 40, had 3 kids in my 20s. Still wearing 25" jeans. |

At 141 you’d have a flat stomach with no fat? I’m surprised by how many American women think they are thin at a certain weight but still have a large roll of fat. You’re not thin if you can pinch a lot of fat/skin on your waist. |
+1 I'd say most comfortable: 125 (can maintain this with zero effort) Most attractive: 118. I'm currently 122 also and want to be 118 but it's SO HARD in my 40s to get there and sustain it. I've always worked out and my lowest was about 110 (too skinny for my muscular frame). |

Doubt it. You’re just used to being bigger since you’re an American. If you were that weight in college, you likely should be that weight now. |
NP. At 5'4" and 115 pounds, I was a slim teenager. At 58, I have long since lost the fat in my face that I had then and I can assure you my face would look sickly at that weight now. |
I like how you differentiated between most comfortable weight and most attractive. Do you think those 4 pounds, between where you are now, and where youd like to be, really make a diff in your attractiveness? |
The question wasn’t what is your thin weight, it was what weight are you most comfortable or attractive. |
136. 5’4”, somewhat smaller frame, although shoulders, back, and glutes have gotten bigger with weight training. I’m in 150’s now and feel and look terrible. |
