I have a neighbor who gets EVERYTHING delivered (groceries, office supplies, clothes, cosmetics, takeout food-even puppy pads so she does not have to walk her dog.) She is not old or rich. I find it weird. |
Exactly. Spoiled and wasteful. People delegate everything. They just want to be waited on. |
+1, too many horror stories of cold/wrong food, bad treatment of both drivers and the restaurants. |
me and I never used uber or airbnb either!!!!! |
Does she ever leave the house? |
Our dog pees on pads, but reusable in the house. She pees every hour or two as she's a little dog so why not give her the freedom to pee when she wants. I get a lot delivered especially through walmart and amazon as I can price shop and get the best pries. No need to run store to store especially if you buy the same products. |
I don't use restaurant delivery but I look at it as it gives someone a job. |
Yes, the John Oliver segment on this topic was eye opening. Business can really get cheated by these services. |
I never use any of those services. I support my local merchants by going to their stores and restaurants directly. If I want take out, I call them and pick it up myself. |
Horror, horror, oh the horror!!! Drama queen. |
