Thirty years ago if you had asked me to pick between Madonna and j Lo which would still be relevant in 2024, I would have said Madonna no contest. But Kadonna has become a joke. J Lo has done a much better job at understanding how to be a middle aged star and power broker. There’s only a handful of women that have done that.

It’s not fair to compare Madonna and J Lo. Jlo is a workaholic and has worked really hard to stay on the spotlight… kudos to her for going after what she wanted. But Madonna decided to adopt four kids later in life - in addition to her 2 bio kids. She also doesn’t date famous people and all of the last few relationships have very high profile and she does so much to promote them.

Madonna had a very successful tour but hasn’t done much to promote it at all. I haven’t seen her on any talk shows etc. where as JLo has been making the rounds to promote her new movie.

Nothing wrong with either approach, but a little unfair to compare them.

Sorry meant Madonna doesn’t date famous people, but JLo does and does a lot to promote her relationships.

Agree. I watched a netflix show about her preparing for the superbowl halftime performance. The thing that stuck with me was she said her mother used to beat the shot out of her and her sisters. This is an odd take. Before Jennifer there were years of tabloid photos of him looking miserable dating random supermodels.

Almost immediately after he got together with Jennifer Lopez he was standing taller and finally looking like the Ben Affleck of his prime. He looks happy.

I wish she would be honest about her plastic surgery. She looks gorgeous, but I hate when people lie.

BA looks miserable and I hope he isn't still drinking.

I find it disturbing she is so close to a mom who beat her and I know how complicated abuse is-mine was just verbally and emotionally abusive.
