Do you ever recognize repeat posters?

I always assumed this was a guy. My bad.

The boo poster(s). Yes, boo.

The person in Food who, when someone asks for restaurant recommendations, tells them to ask the person who they’re inviting. It could be a request for recommendations for a 10 year old’s birthday dinner or for a group of visitors from another country and she’ll reply—“Ask them! Let them choose!” In such an angry way. People have stopped replying

Brunch Grandma!!

Eye Candy was the best

And Spirit Reader!

There’s a lady in the parenting forum who has 5 kids that are all grown and she’s extremely smug about her parenting and pops onto lots of threads

There’s a lady in the SN forum who has a child with epilepsy. Anytime I post about my child with epilepsy, she identifies all my previous posts and links to them. So I’ll be asking about X, and instead of talking about X, she digs up my old threads and says I should be talking about Y and Z, not X. I can’t post on there anymore because of her.

I was going to say the person who bashes Duran, the superintendent of APS. Not sure if it’s the same as the person who bashes the school board. I always think it sounds like the posts are from Duran’s ex-wife or someone who interviewed for the job and didn’t get it. The level of very personal hate is not normal.

It is certainly not an ex-wife of Duran lol it’s a stay at home mom who boasted about putting her kids into private but guess what they’re all back in APS now.

There's someone who's completely obsessed with DEI topics.

Hmm, I feel like several people are describing the terrible man on the Jobs forum. We must be thinking of the same person. He always writes from the POV of "I'm surrounded by idiots."

The maniac who always posts about "beautiful" supermodels in the entertainment forum.

I haven't read those posts but "maniac" is a strong word. How are you coming to this conclusion? Or is it that you just don't like the topic?

Anonymous wrote:Yes, about a subject matter that I refuse to even bring up here, lest I conger this jerk up. But they use very specific rhetoric and lose their mind every time anyone poses a specific argument (I've had it directed at me and seen it with others). I wish I could post the subject matter but they'd see this, and this thread would become a dumpster fire. They are horrible and very easily identifiable.

Funny, I am opting not to post about the one repeat poster I can spot in an instant either, because I don't want to bait them and then start a needless s@$show.

I report this poster and 95% of the time Jeff deletes.

There is also the pro-home good poster. Though I'm convinced that one does it as satire.

I’m convinced my dear friend is on here. She has a unique cadence to her writing, and I recognize it sometimes. Some of the posts also sound like her family situation. She’s smart, funny, and just a general pleasure to be around. Whether or not it’s true, it makes me happy to imagine her behind the computer.

Every time this type of thread comes up I'm the only one who mentions the "we're an international family" poster. It's hilarious to me that they think this makes them unique in a DC-based forum of all places.
