Letting women die instead of getting medically needed abortions is also bad. I won't be voting for Republicans due to Israel. If you want to persuade politicians, persuade them. You will have better luck with Dems rather than with most white nationalist Republicans who want to kill people they don't like. |
There are like 4-5 hard left voices in Congress, Out of 435. Their influence is vastly overstated |
I look forward to seeing the democrats pump police forces full of money and throwing the book at criminals. Time for them to make good on their recent interest in appearing to be all about law and order. |
Yes maybe you can use the giant Jew space lasers to get them? Marjorie Taylor help you work the controls. |
I said it earlier in this thread, but not too long ago, the tea party was a fringe of the Republican Party. Every moderate democrat is being replace by an anti semitic progressive. I cannot be complicit in that. Again, I emphasize that I will support biden, but right now my house vote in a squad district is up for grabs. My choices are anti semitism on the left or election and abortion deniers on the right, and that is frightening. But pretending antisemitism is not a problem in the left and sweeping it under the rug is not the answer. The answer is primarying them. |
Please continue making your compelling case. |
Really? Republicans will hate that…too many criminals in that party…starting at the top of the party…or is it a cult? |
It is interesting that groups like Moms for Liberty are now pro Israel/Jewish or maybe more anti Palestinian. They are pushing OP message.
This is the group that wanted to ban or burn The Diary of Anne Frank and other books by Jewish authors. |
Vast majority of people I know making OPs point are democrats. Many have never voted for a Republican in their life. Some were republicans in the bush era but stopped voting Republican when trump came on the scene. All to say- these are centerists. What has transpired on the progressive left over the past month has been a major reckoning for moderate democrats like myself who kept telling ourselves that they are just a powerless fringe. I am not conflating biden with that movement, but the house is very concerning. |
It’s interesting that the fringe left’s control of the party platform is described as “inevitable”, but also - right wing extremism is no big deal.
Both ideas have been contradicted in recent years. We didn’t “inevitably” end policing in America because the fringe left supported it in 2020. But we DID almost lose our democracy to white nationalists in 2021. (Plus or minus a few hundred boxes of compromised state secrets.) |
Nobody is denying that extremism is rampant in the GOP. And that longtime Republican senators have changed their tune as the boundaries have been pushed. On the contrary that is precisely the point- we see extremism growing within the Democratic Party and do not want to stop it. |
want to stop it* |
Where is the proof of this? This is the mental leap you’re taking that I just don’t follow. |
