Carlson is like herpes. He'll turn up again. I thought he was done after Jon Stewart blew up him and Paul Begala on "Crossfire." (Stewart pointed out that Crossfire segments were "debates" in much the same way as pro-wrestling bouts are athletic contests.)

But, I was wrong. Carlson was resurrected on Fox when he gave its viewers the racism they so deeply wanted.

No one saying no one will ever hear from Tucker Carlson again, or he won’t find another platform, but this absolutely is damaging for him. First of all, my dad absolutely loves Bill O’Reilly but has no idea that he is still on this earth because he doesn’t understand podcasts or know how to find bill on any other platform.

Of course Tucker Carlson will reappear and of course he will make money… But it just shows that actions have consequences and I do think he was very harmful on primetime on fox.

Fox dropped like a rock right after the announcement. Their value is only 5x the Dominion settlement and both sides see blood in the water and hitching their horses accordingly.

And he also claims he didn't get a CIA job after applying -- while he would have had the perfect resume to get hired. The only reason I could think of would be if he didn't graduate?

Tucker has been out of touch and mailing it in for a couple of years. He's basically been a prep school Hannity. Boring, no sizzle. Ratings are tops but that's due to time slot. They clearly believe they can just put Jesse Waters or some other dork in there and not miss a beat. And they're probably right.

I mean, certainly there are exceptions, but CIA is decent about sorting out psychopaths.
