DC Council Members - Who is pro charter schools?

I'm looking at the ballot for DC. Could anyone tell me who is pro charter schools (DCPCS) for the At Large Members of Council and State Board of Education? For example, who is for raising the per pupil funding for charter schools? Pro DCI? etc.?
