Blackboard Parent account and ECart (Horizon) to view tests

| Is there a way that a parent can access the Blackboard ECard (Horizon) to see how my daughter did in her tests? I had access to it last year through her Blackboard account. This year she forgot her pass and her teacher told her not to worry about it because she doesn't use Blackboard for anything. BUT, Blackboard is the only way she can check how she did on a test right away, because all the tests are electronic and posted right away. I can't seem to find the ecart link for my kids' accounts on my parent Blackboard account. Is there such a link from a parent account? Thanks! |

The eCart password is the same as she uses to log into the computer.
No, parents do not have access to eCart. The teacher should put the grades into the gradebook and you can see there. I'm confused how she is taking tests in eCart though if she's forgotten her password... |

Thank you!!! I was referring to what she needed to do last year to see her grades. Her first test is on Friday. I didn't know she needed to log in to take a test. So, I guess she'll have to deal with that on Friday and get her pass anyway. |

The only way to see her eCart/Horizon scores is to have her log in at home using her Blackboard account (not yours). At least, that's what my DD's teacher told me. We haven't tried it yet. |

Can't she just reset her password? There's a "forgot password" link right there on the main blackboard login page.
If not, it's easy for a teacher to reset it for her. |
