Supposed to bring application to interview. I left a couple of jobs for the following reasons. Please help me spin answers for the form:
Job # 1 company was losing 15% of revenue in an up industry cycle, boss was exited from the company, and they planned to move function offshore. Went to do consulting at an industry leader. Job #2 took a position out of state with intention of moving family once settled in new job. Found out after I started that the average person lasted about six months and the group was completely disorganized with terrible processes. So went back home and again consulted until something new came up. |

All they really care about is that you weren't fired for cause.

2) job hired for was different job when you started. wrong fit. (or say better opportunity, but that sounds weird after only 6 months or less out of state) both are fine reasons |

| Yep. The others are right. These are exactly the answer that your new employer wants to see. They don't care that you left because the jobs sucked. They want to be sure you weren't stealing money and that you don't trash your past employers. |

Don't offer more - they don't want to know nor do they care. Keep it simple. |
#1 sounds right. #2, I would say that the actual job was not as described in the job description or interview. |
| I think being laid off (if that is the truth) is valid as well. |
| I always just put "New job" to describe a situation where I left Company A to work for Company B. |
