Dcum is an equal playing field, with virtually all posters remaining anonymous. AEM is not an equal playing field when it allows one person (a few people?) to hide their identities while everyone else is presenting as their true selves.

I don't know who SJH is; just that she's a royal PIA and someone who just takes pleasure in provoking people. People just need to start ignoring her. Unfortunately, the wokest-of-the-woke AEM-ers seem to enjoy having SJH's posts to springboard from and criticize anyone who dares challenge them.

It's been discussed in a few threads. No, it is a fake profile. It doesn't take much to figure that out through FB. Apparently she is a teacher in APS because on AEM she has mentioned this.
One rumor on other threads here is that she posts in a closed APS teachers group under her real name and that her style of posting is similar so they believe they know who she is.
Imo one of the admin of the AEM group, KA, either know her or is her.

I think she's over the top too but if this is a fake profile, I don't blame her. APE went after teachers by reporting things that teachers posted on social media to their principals and then also attacked them here on DCUM. Just as they do with parents who they don't agree with. So not surprising that a teacher wouldn't want to post under their real name after being attacked like that. What did APE expect?

I would be shocked if KA turned out to be SJH. But, I do believe the mods know who she is.

I can’t always see all of the comments. I’ve never posted on AEM, so I really don’t think I’m blocked by anyone. So is this a glitch?

For example, the post about “why teachers complain about pay” from 11/8 shows that it has two replies. But when I open it I only see one. Can anyone see two replies?

I only see one. People frequently delete their comments on AEM, but the reply count remains the same. People can also block others from seeing their replies, but I have never given anyone reason to block me and have noticed the same thing that you have. I think it is a deleted reply, or perhaps it was a comment made by SJH, who seems to have been deleted altogether, persona and comments.
