The landscape is still shifting so much. GFR is simply sitting back and letting some of this soccer war work itself out and can then make a reasonable choice next year on which league fits best for them. GFR will not stay ECNL-RL only for more than a year. I will write it down on a piece of paper now!

GFR got left in the dust. They were too busy with Board drama and internal issues to realize they missed the boat.

What options will they have next year? MLSN/GA? ECNL? Doubt it.

I was at the meeting. They said nothing and hid behind legal council the entire time. New board member and Nadir are very rude. Nadir slighted Mario unprovoked in his presentation.

I mean, if they're being sued they kinda have to "hide" behind legal council. Their lawyer literally stopped them from trying to answer questions and explained that they can't answer. Not really the BoD fault.

Don’t non profits undergo an audit every two years anyways? Not sure what the role of the civil case is here. Also, don’t board members carry immunity against such legal action? I also don’t think a civil case has any jurisdiction on the non profit designation? Wouldn’t be surprised if the case gets dismissed.
