Japanese straightening

Any recs for best Japanese straigntening place in DC metro? I am willing to drive. Also if you have done it, are you happy with it and would you do it again?

I used to get thermal reconditioning but don't anymore. I got it in Beverly Hills, not DC, so can't recommend a good place, I started in 2002 and had it done for maybe 3-4 years.

I liked it for awhile but it got old. It's pricey, takes forever to do, isn't comfortable to get and I got major breakage despite taking really great care of my hair. Plus, IMO, super duper stick straight hair is out now...except maybe for Ashley Simpson and her idiot flat-haired DH.

I love it. I get it done every 6 to 8 months at the Roche Salon in DC. I highly recommend Ruth.

I got it done twice at David's in Rockville and was very happy with it. I have since switched to the Brazilian keratin at the same salon and like that even better. It depends on how straight you want your hair to be.

Try Alchemy Salon for thermal reconditioning.

Jason @ INARI Salon by the McPherson Square Metro does a wonderful job. The salon is pretty new and it's gorgeous. Everything about the salon was upscale except the price.
