Make is very strong, with a small amount of water so you first mix what is effectively a "paste" then add hot water a little at a time, along with milk until it's the strength you like to drink it

Hot milk, then add. It's OK that way. Another option are the nescafe packets that come with milk and sugar already added. They are good, kind of like an adult hot chocolate. But too caloric for every day, I use it as a treat when my crazy-ass employees have driven me especially nuts.
