I have seen a few houses renovated by them, not perfect but better than the average flip. Are there are listings in DC renovated by them?

This is John Formant home. Look for listing under his name. Call his office and see what they have available. Look for realtor named last name Bissey. He works as one of his realtors. I know all this cause I brought one of his homes about 12 years ago. He does a good job and my house has stood up to the test of time. I have it as a rental now and doing some updating and alot of the stuff I am redoing my contractor is telling me was done right the first time. So we aren't doing a lot of repairs for things that weren't done right so saving time and money. They are good solid homes and are done well

I have a Nantucket Holding home and I rent it out now. My tenants liked it so much that when they went to buy their own home they called the builder of this house and found out what he had available and brought it.

Check the WaPo real estate sales for homes he/the company has purchased recently. It will take a while before it's back on the market again, but then you know before everyone else does. That's how we found our house that we love!
