So what should the new non partisan approach be going forward when a person (usually a woman) alleges sexual violence (usually by a man). I am using typical genders but they could be any

1. Provide the woman an opportunity to speak and share her story. Offer resources and support but suspend acknowledgement / belief in the validity of her story

2. Suspend judgment of the alleged perpetrator.

3. Explore the woman's background for evidence that supports or doesn't support her story. Look for witnesses or evidence as well as inconsistencies, discrepancies, alternative motivations, past actions, timelines and recall of details. Look for anything that supports or challenges her credibility.

4. Explore the man's background and look for evidence that supports or doesn't support her story. Talk to family and friends and past co-workers about the person's character and past actions. Explore any alibi or rebuttal the alleged perpetrator has given. Look for anything that supports or challenges his credibility.

5. Interpret and assess the above information through your own personal biases and experiences. If you feel they lean towards the evidence pointing to yes, then believe and support the woman, if not believe and support the man.

There is no non-partisan standard. Everyone will choose whatever benefits their candidate. This is what it means to live in a post-truth world.

Another. woman included in count is Ivana Trump who put out an official statement years ago that everyone refuses to believe despite #BelieveAllWomen. Did they have a nasty divorce? YUP. But did she accuse him of rape? NOPE.
