Aide for Special Needs Child at Private Preschool this Fall

I'm looking for an aide/facilitator for my 3 year old daughter with autism/sensory processing disorder for this fall at a private preschool in Maryland a few days a week to help her engage with other children and also address safety concerns on the playground. How does one find such an aide?

Try calling local colleges and universities and asking them if they have job boards (esp located in their education depts). Or ask the school if they have any recommendations.
