Anyone have an elementary school in DC or MC that worked for child with NLD/NVLD?

My child has an NLD/NVLD diagnosis and will be entering K in the fall. We don't see learning issues yet but there are pretty profound processing speed issues which makes social stuff especially hard. We just aren't going to be able to swing private school tuition at this time. We are willing to relocate within DC or to MC for a school that might work. Anyone have a child with NLD in a school you are happy with? I'd love to hear, even if it is private, as I expect that we will go that route at some point. From what we've been told the early years of school should be relatively smooth academically, then there may be a growing mismatch between demands and abilities.
