| I'm planning to get away for 4-5 days by myself. Mostly I want to veg but would probably be up for some moderate hiking and yoga/Pilates. Which would you recommend? TIA. |

| I sent my wife to both; she went to the Canyon Ranch in Mass, during winter. She went to Miraval a long time ago, when it was actually reasonably priced. You really can't go wrong w either. I guess it depends on when you are going, and, what type of weather do you prefer? |
