After they were outed on the jumbotron, did they stay for the rest of the show, or did they make a beeline out of the arena?
When they both got home Wednesday night (if they are still living with their respective spouses), did they just quietly slink in, hoping it would all blow over and no one would know? They certainly could not have predicted a video of the jumbotron would go viral by lunch on Thursday.
Or was their cover story that this was an overnight work trip, so they both went to a hotel and stressed over what happened all night? I'm sure they were hoping he ducked out of sight fast enough and she turned around quick enough.
Apparently this wasn't a typical "kiss-cam". Instead Chris spotlights interesting fans then makes up a ditty to sing to them. Even if they had played it cool and not reacted, that would have been a LOOOOONG 4 minutes.
Did they walk into the office Thursday morning like nothing had happened? Did they clear out their personal items in fear of being put on leave by Friday?
At what point on Thursday, did they realize they were infamous and it was getting worse? Did they leave the office midday? If they are not separated from their spouses, did they contact them and try and prevent some damage?
How many times have they called or txted each other since the concert to commiserate?
At what point did each of them contact an attorney? By Thursday afternoon? By Friday?
Since he owns part of the company, I'm sure his exit plan is far more complicated.
Former employees of his have said he is a crap manager and had an affair with a 27 yo at one of his former startups. It sounds like he pumps and dumps all these tech startups, going from one to the next, and bringing in his former staff along the way.
Astronomer says the lady with the Cheshire cat grin was NOT the HR VP Alyssa Stoddard. If that is correct, I'm sure Alyssa has been fuming for 2 days, although she has to be wondering if her fabulous hire/promotion to HR VP by Kristin Cabot will now be questioned.
These are the REAL interesting questions!
It would make an interesting movie to watch the collapse of 2 people who were not really qualified for their positions, but instead of keeping their head down and riding the $$ out, they strutted like peacocks and brought on their own demise.
Ha! I thought of all that too.
I pictured two slime balls trying to piece together some plausible excuse and trying to figure just how much was caught on footage. I guarantee they did not predict the viral internet video.
Might have even thought they had it all handled until the video starting going viral.
