Anyone interested in an early morning running group at 5:30 am or thereabouts meeting at carter barron for a track workout and also some runs through Rock Creek park?

I would, but I'm too far out in VA. You may want to check out Stroller strides or Pacers

Go to seemommyrun.com Check out groups in your area. If there isn't one, start a group. An email will go out to all the moms in your area, letting them know the group has formed and when you want to run, your pace, etc. I'm sure you'll find at least one other early bird out there.
