PT Accountant/Bookkeeper Needed

Our small Design/Build firm is looking for a part-time Accountant/Bookkeeper to help us maintain financial records, bookkeeping, processing bills, reimbursements, accounts receivable, prepare financial reports and manage budgets. You will also need to learn UDA Construction Suite.

We believe we would only need someone for two days of the week in our office...which days are less important. We are flexible.

It would be a plus if you:
- were an expert in QuickBooks
- had a BA/BS in Accounting
- and a bigger plus if you had accounting experience in the construction industry.

Hello, just a question, it has to be weekdays or it could be weekends?

Good question...I think we would be open to a Saturday. Probably not a Sunday as we try to have one full family day on the weekends.
