I need a SUPER hairstylist!

Hi ladies,
Can anyone recommend to me a great hairstylist in the NoVA (Reston,Herndon,Sterling,Tyson's area)? I have straight straight Asian hair that shows if one hair is not the same length as the others. Do you have a hairstylist that is nice (not snobby), takes his/her time cutting hair (I hate paying 65+ for a 15 min experience!), and does a good job on straight/Asian hair?

Too bad you don't live closer to MD on the DC side. It is a bit of a trek into MD but there is a fantastic hair stylist that I visit in Rockville off of 355 (ROckville Pike at that point) and Halpine Road. The salon is called Kindle and BOOM and the specific stylist that I visit, his name is Kirk. He is absolutely wonderful!!!!!!! I cannot say enough about him. For anyone who thinks it is worth making the trip into the 'burbs the number of the salon is 301.770.0404. I can definitely say it is worth the mileage.
