Court holds that homeless do not have a right to access public lands.
Not sure what that means then for where homeless are suppose to sleep, if jurisdictions don't have enough shelters. |

Turns out that Clarence Thomas took a free trip to Russia in 2003 that included a yacht trip and a helicopter ride to Putin’s hometown. They’ve been grooming him for quite some time.

Gorsuch is absolutely correct. It was not a threat at all. He was warning him that an independent judiciary means an INDEPENDENT judiciary. It is one of the three branches of government, separate from the executive and legislative. And, here is more wisdom from Gorsuch: |
