| Where did you buy it? We've called a few places and the prices seem to be consistent ($799 for the base model). Seems like they never discount. Any place you'd recommend for delivery/installation/service? Amazon is $785 but I think i'd rather get it somewhere where it will be installed for me. thanks. |

I ordered from US-appliance.com about a year and a half ago. I got the "top level" top-loading electric washer and dryer (I think there were 3 levels, and the only difference was some of the extra settings like extra rinse, buzzer, how many speeds, etc). I paid $829 for the washer and $649 for the dryer, less a $50 discount. No delivery cost, but I do think it was curbside delivery (I think they put them in the garage for me) and then DH already had a dolly and brought it in. I think for $50 they offered installation. Be aware you need to get a plug for the dryer (if electric), so strange how that works.
The no tax for ordering from them was a big money saver. |

I purchased mine from Sterling Appliances in Virginia. The woman who worked with me knew the specs and details down to the minute details, delivery and install went well, post install service man checked out the machine on a separate visit on them, and I've never had any subsequent calls.Sterling was less than all others around.
I have the HE front loader washer and electric dryer pair. Love my Speed Queen. |
