Business Etiquette Training in DC

Hello, has anyone completed a program with a good firm on business etiquette? I've got a bunch of boorish attorneys and oblivious Millennials working here and need to polish them up.

I already reached out to "Washington Etiquette" - and she failed to get back to me with a proposal, unfortunately.

LOL, you're supposed to decipher this before you hire them. We were taught this stuff in high school 17 years ago.
